Martin, you did a wonderful job on the Christmas Themes, but how can I fix this problem? it looks like this on all the 3 Christmas Themes

Only thing I can think of is that your path to images isn't /blahdocs/template/christmas/images

I have this problem with Christmas 3 when looking at a thread

Don't get that on my test site. Can't see by the screen dump but is there an unusually long signature?

Switched the adverts off and the problem is resolved, but still have this one and no snow.

Sorry, there is also an issue with it spliting words at the end of lines.

Find this line in template.css and delete it.
word-break: break-all; /* This doesn't work in FF, pt of CSS3 */

Again, not getting this on my test site and can't really suggest anything from screenshots.

May be relevant to some of the missing graphics mentioned above.
A number are located in the "images" subdirectory of the forum, that is blahdocs/images, but may be missing from the "images" subdirectory of the Christmas template.
When the Christmas themes are set as default, the images presumably come from the template "images" subdirectory, and a number of graphics for the various thread types are missing eg thread, hot, and very hot thread (but christmas3 seems to have them).
I just copied the missing graphics from blahdocs/images to the images subdirectory for the Christmas themes, and they then appeared where the red X had been showing up.

Download, unzip and upload in BINARY to the images folder of the christmas2 theme.

ok, im gonna sound real stupid here, but what do you mean In Binary? Im a little new to all this
Posted by: Martin, December 12, 2009, 12:00pm; Reply: 21
Most ftp programs can be set to upload in ASCII, BINARY or AUTO
ASCII for code files
BINARY for images
AUTO usually works but not guaranteed

You should also upload chat.png to /christmas2/buttons/icons/ for each of the themes.
pm ftp details if you want me to fix it all.

If you use the Christmas3 theme, it points to the christmas2 themes snow (at least mine did). So open the snowstorm.js in the theme folder and change var imagePath from christmas2 to christmas3.
