So, i try to test your forum. But, as many other people there is a problem with templates and images.

During installation, yes, there was red screen - after changing  setting.pl it dissapear .
Then i try to find this .htaccess file but it doesn't exist.

So were is the problem that after succesfull instalation i don't have fully working forum?
You know - such situation - i'ts stupid.

What .htaccess file is it your talking about? That doesn't come built into the eblah. Those are used for various things. You may or may not need the .htaccess file.

If you have a problem with there being no theme, it's likely to be a path problem, Check over your paths.
If images are missing, again, paths. If they are corrupt you didn't upload the blahdocs in binary transfer mode.

Could you explain your issue in a little more detail? Screenshot or link maybe?

There are or were .htaccess files in the blahdocs directory of the 10.3 version, but I think Justin removed them.  If you can provide a web address to your site, that would really help alot.
