I downloaded the template editor.
When I try to run it, I get
Run-time error '339':
Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies is not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
Please advise

That is the very first release of the program. That version is no longer maintained. Take a look at this post for the latest release:

OK, after downloading the required .Net Framework version, it runs.
I don't have time right now to figure out from scratch what to do with it. I'll have to wait until some basic instructions are available.

There is a quick guide if you view help.txt or go to Help->Help
I'm working on making a better guide for the next release. I will let you know when that is finished. It should be relatively soon.

I don't know how I missed the text file, but it's right there in the zip.

Let me know if you have any questions. I will be making a more in depth documentation for the next release. I'm hoping that there won't be any more betas. I just need to get all of the kinks worked out.
