hi guys,
i applied for an test account but i did not get the mail with the activation link. what can i do?
i have no filters on. i have installed eblah 10.3
please help me. thanks

You need to ensure that your path to sendmail is correct.
Admin Center - Essential Preferences

Mail System to use: Sendmail
Sendmail Location: /usr/sbin/sendmail (This needs to be correct)

If you unzip the attached, upload to cgi-bin, CHMOD to 755 and run it, it will tell you what your path's are.

thanks a lot for your response... The path is correct, but sometimes it works and sometimes no ... I don't know what's the problem.

In that case I would talk to your host as it has to be something server side.

99% of the time we see this on our board it is because the validation link got stuck in the user's spam/junk filter. that would explain why it is sporadic too.
