I just completed the upgrade process very easily. Great scripting.

However:

I log in to what used to be my administrator account, and no admin functions show up. It also does not recognize me as any administrator level! This doesn't allow me to rebuild anything, recount anything, and so on.

I have attached the new member list, and the .dat file for the account that used to be an administrator, excluding my email address.

Add 3 between the ()'s in Ranks2.txt located in the Prefs directory.

Thank you. Took a few more quick hacks–all of my Prefs files needed to be chmod 777 (worst-case scenario) and then most my settings stuck.
