If you edit Template.css and change:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
To:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=<blah v="$char">" />
The characterset specified in the language file will be used.

Martin, thanks for the hint! But I must edit and include it in the language pack anyway because the distribution kit of E-Blah 10.2.5 contains UTF-8 character set in template.html. Justin, please, could you correct this in the next version of E-Blah?
