Happy New Year everyone!

To bring in the New Year, E-Blah 10.2 has been released.  This release is a major release, with enhanced security features along with much needed cosmetic changes.  I'll be going through a few of the new features and security enhancements.

Administrator Verification
Administrators now have a new pass code that they must enter to get into any administrator function. Along with administrators, forum moderators now are required to verify their password before preforming any moderator function.  These new features work in conjunction with session identification, which is also a new feature introduced in 10.1.5.  No longer is user-authentication sent via cookies, which highly increase security of your forum.

New Cosmetic Changes
One of the most noticeable features of 10.2 is, by no doubt, the new look.  The buttons which have been used in E-Blah since basically the first release have finally be replaced with new ones that are also available for download and modification (as Photoshop CS2 images) on the downloads page.  There is also a new "button setup" Administrators can easily use to change the button layout they wish to use on their forum.  Along with the button changes, come other changes, such removing much of the set pixel widths of items (many items are now 100%).  In future versions, this is going to be a further initiative.

The administrators and myself here at EBlah.com would like to wish you a Happy New Year, and we hope that it's blessed!

Thanks a lot. Also I asked one more question in the other thread, how to make no. of users browsing the board visible like previous version, instead of hovering option :)

You can't.  :)  Without a mod anyway, if you compare 10.1.5 and 10.2, you might be able to figure it out (it shouldn't be too difficult).  Just look for the title=" in BoardIndex.pl.
