My effort, based on sprint theme but changed to a world cup theme.

This is really a test forum as I am messing on a new server, it will change as it evolves.

It was just  an idea, and the red is distracting I agree, it appeals to the old england supporters though, it's how they wanted it (-:

It's interesting.  I think the fading on the background should have been a little longer and not directly to white so fast.  :P  Other than that, looks good.
