I've launched the E-Blah Test Pit today.  The test pit is where users will find the latest versions of E-Blah (the nightly packages).  If there's a demand for it, I'll also open the forum up (which will use the nightly version).

Users can download via Anonymous FTP or HTTP.  The documentation will also be added there.
