What are the few new features? :-/ I don't see them... And I tried going to th change log page and it seems that ones out-dated. lol

The new features are mentioned in the change log of the zip file itself. you need to unzip then look for ChangeLog.txt and then 8.3 in the change log file.

I read the log and there is no mention of password length. Are we still restricted to 8 characters?

You will be preforming an upgrade to your forum not a new install. �Read the Upgrading P8x and higher doc here:
http://www.blahdocs.com/installdocs/Install.html
It tells you exactly what to upload...and what not.

However if you have mod'd any of the code in the Language directory or the Code directory, you will have to add that into the new version.
