Just a suggestion that instead of reputation as percentage, maybe have reputation points like vBulletin does...

Can you at least make a "increase/decrease reputation" button next to each post? like next to the 'online'/'offline' thing? Also, how do you enable your reputation?

Go to Admin/Settings to enable reputation.

I think the reputation should be blocks and you should be able to add/decrease it in posts
like vBulletein
