I didnt see any requests for this, but it would be cool if there were some sort of pop up notification for when a user has unread private messages.  Or even if the font color was changed etc etc.  just something to make it a little more obvious..

In your Member Center, click on Board Settings and then check the box beside "New Private Message Popup - This option is for if you are wishing to be notified with a popup each time you receive a new Private Message."

Is that what you're asking about?
