:) good work Justin... Have to say, aint it strange that no matter how much work you do, there will always be the odd minor bug or two...

Yeah. :P There is no bug free software ... there will always be SOMETHING you can tear up. :(

I haven't had a chance to install it, but I will say this, I am happy that you fixed the css path in the template. Did notice that you changed it in the smiles template to, but it is different. None the less, I will let you know what I think on the weekend. I'm back at work now...vacation is over:(

Well, I changed it in Smilies template diffrently because normally you only go there if the path is right anyway. :P

I understand why, but regardless, if the path is wrong...the template will not show. Nothing you can do about that ;D

I know you've said you can't do anymore with the image uploading thing...
But would it help you to fix it on windows servers if I set you up a test account and webspace on a windows 2003 II6 server with full permissions?
I'm a reseller so it's no problem.

I have a Windows server, here, and it works fine. :-/ I spent hours the first time I coded it ... :-/. I don't know what it could be. :'(

I am a little worried about the name changes with the image folder, is there a tutorial for us mentally challenged eblah users?? If not maybe I can whip one up when I sit down this weekend to make the change to this new version. Once again Justin, great job!! Every thing looks great as normal!

Yeah, that was an issue I had myself. If you have any problems Craig has helped many people with this issue. He knows the new format like clockwork by now I think. ;)

are you able to release details on all the scripts you have changed in this patch as i a lot of mods on my site and i need to know which ones i have to fix before i install the patch eg one of them i know of is the search one which i have to reworkout what does what in order to reaply my mod.

I'm not sure about which files have changed from 8 to 8.02, but there might be a way you can find out. If you have a 8.02 test board somewhere, upload the mods and do a "test install" in the mod center. I think the results page will tell you which parts of each mod will install correctly and which have errors that need to be fixed before installation.
This may not be what you are asking, but it's the method I used when I was updating a mod from P6 to P8. :)

With 8.02, it should be no problem. A big push in the right direction is to just upload blahdocs to your server not htdocs/blahdocs. This will help cut down on your problems...or at least it did for me ;D
...and of course, if you have any issues, post them on the board.

I think you should do this Justin. That way you could nail down a good doc file on how to set up a windows server to work 100%...that way I wouldn't have too:)
