I uploaded everything into the correct folders, but I cant seem to acces my cgi-bin direcotry to get the Blah.pl going.  I can access my cgi-bin fine via FTP, but not via the www.myurl/cgi-bin.

Is there some setting I have to activiate on my server or something? I am slighlty new to this, at least from the setting up stand point... ?

Contact your servers tech support.  Also, you might can post a full DIR listing, and I might can figure it out that way.
