I. Introduction
As we grow, we are beginning to get a lot of the same support questions as have been addressed numerous times before. The support team is always here to help.  However, posting of issues over and over again can get annoying for us. So please read this thread, which will tell you how to find the information on this support forum quickly.

II. Search the Site First
The website is loaded with information to help you install and configure E-Blah. Before all else, you should try the Knowledge Base. It has a ton of information to help you install and configure your forum. The Forum Search feature is great, and will probably yield even more results.  Another method is using thread tags, which are located on the forum search page.

III. Posting Messages
If all else fails and you cannot find the information you're looking for, you should post a support question. However, we ask that you place the support questions on the correct board, this is so others that have the same issues can find the information you post more quickly and easily -- hence they will not need to post a message.  Furthermore, we ask that you tag your threads so they can be found easier later.  This way it works out in the best interest for everyone.

IV. Useful Information
At times we get several tech support questions so it may take us a little while to answer your question.  The E-Blah technical support team is made up of volunteers.  We are not a 24 hour a day operation.  That said, most support question are answered within two to six hours.  If it has been a considerable amount of time (two or more days) since you posted your message, bump your thread by replying to the message.

We ask that you give us as much information as you can.  The follow would be considered good information:

V. Forum Login and FTP Information
A forum administrator may ask for your forum login information and/or FTP login information.  DO NOT POST YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORDS ON THE FORUM.  USE PRIVATE MESSAGING OR E-MAIL.  We offer all of our services AS-IS and without ANY warranty and follows the same rules as the Install or Upgrades.
