E-Blah is still 100% free, this information is only meant for people that cannot install E-Blah for themselves and need tech support.

If you wish to use the new Apache mod_rewrite modifcation for E-Blah; this costs an additional $10 for each install. This also includes the bot friendly modification (which will install a robots.txt file on your server). If you have any further questions, e-mail Justin.

There is a new price on installing or upgrading forums. All money is in US dollars.

Click here to go to the pricing page!

If you have any questions or comments, please e-mail me (or better yet leave a message here :)).

Before ordering, please Private Message, e-mail, or IM me! If not your order may NOT be processed immediately!

Please note that licenses simply allow you to remove the copyright in the script, no more ... no less. If you buy a license with upgrade options, I will remove the copyright before installing. You will always have the most up to date forum -- sometimes before the main source becomes avalible.

Legal Bunk:
I cannot, nor will not, be held for damages caused directly by me, or indirectly by me, on your server. I have about 7 to 10 years of experience (about 4-5 dealing with servers) with computers. However, I do not guarrentee that I can get the script to work on every server. If I cannot get it to work (which is highly unlikley), I will attempt to refund your order; however, I do not guarrentee that it will be refunded.? The install is an, "AS-IS" install. You shall assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. I cannot, and will not be held responsible for problems that may arise from the script (already expressed in the License agreement), or from workmenship done on your server(s).

Well, I have shown my support to this site by sending some funds, and I hope that many more of you do the same.
I will always take my hat of to any person that takes the time and effort to support a project like this.

Justin, I was using eBlah on my XP system and loved it, one of the best, if not the best, but I had some traffic issues and have since upgraded to a Proliant running linux RH 9.
I have a relative that usually sets these things up for me, free (that's why I use him =), and he said he's having problems possibly linked to the Apache version I have, which I think he said was 2. He recommended I switch to another board, but no way, I love eBlah, even though I only got to use for about a week on my XP system.
Anyway, after dragging and droping all my eBlah files from my XP/www.root/dir to my html directory on my linux, so as to save the set-up, theme, and data already posted to the board when it was hosted on my XP system, I also wanted him to reconfigure those same files so the board would work on my linux html dir. He hasn't had any luck, and dowesn't have the time or interest.

How much will you charge to go in and get that board back up and running for me? I think everything is already there, it just has to be reconfigured and scripted.

If it ain't eBlah, it's shiet meng!

Ummm ... if you have an IM program, it'd be nice if you contacted me.  It could be a number of things wrong with it.  Make sure the first line in the script is set to your local path to perl (on the linux system).  Also, make sure it is chmoded correctly.  I can't install it, because it's probably a server misconfiguration.  Make sure that Apache is set to allow CGI and .pl files to execute.

Sure, I can do an install for you.  Just e-mail me all your info and I'll do it ASAP.  It'll be better if sent e-mails about this rather than leaving messages here though, because here lately I've been busy and haven't had a good time to read the forums in days.

I am running Platinum 5 now with minor code changes - can you take a look and tell me if you can upgrade me? Will I lose all my posts and boards?

Thanks,
Pat

You won't lose any posts or boards ... but you will have to redo any things you did to the code and such.
