I've been developing a new software tht will be able to log in to a Eblah forum and chat instantly to other members it will be ble to retrive your account details and everything else!
What can it do?

• It says happy birthday
  
• It allows viewing of PMs and sending them
  
• It allows setting account settings e.g. Change password or avatar image!
  
• It will allow instant messageing
  

It may have more features!
What is it?
A downloadable messanger

What will it require?
It will require the following files to exist:

• Blah.pl - Check to see if its a forum and not a fake backup
  
• #.dat - User data files
  
• list2.txt - reads user ID's from the list
  

Thats all!

How do i configure it?
it will come with a settings.ini file
you will set the forum address.
You will place a file with login details for FTP
in a file called FTP.txt it will read it so it can modify data files.

Why this method?
If you put your FTP details in the settings.ini file users may read it and use it to hack your ftp.

Before i can finnish the software i will need some help from the users that know and use PERL.
I would like to know how the on line and offline system works.
And how to read the date and time of last visit e.g. 1251993468 to me that is just numbers

There is a change in the method the method my change to updating the data every 24 hours.
I also need to find a way to make the clients contact with each other.
But i hope it will be a great success!

But for most features to work the site owners will need to co-operate in the making and the running of this program!
