I dont mind if i do..hic.. Posts: 35 Gender: Male Posts Per Day: 0.03 Time Online: 17 hours 4 minutes Location: Farnborough Age: 63	Sometimes when a member puts a photo on the page goes to wide for the screen and the boxes all go out of alignment. have i got my settings wrong ? I allow jpg,gif and maximum upload is .4, i had it set to default but the pic went right off the screen..... HE WHO DARES........ http://thebatterseabunch.co.uk

They're not the same. That setting is the file size. But a really massive (dimensions) image can be compressed to fit within that limit. You'd need to append max-width:500px to some CSS selector.
