The problem seems to be with the ajax username checking...

The path to the script sent to the server via ajax seems to be wrong.

onchange="javascript:EditMessage('Blah.pl?v-register/p-check/u-' + escape2(this.value) + '/','','','usercheck');"

That should probably be onchange="javascript:EditMessage('/cgi-bin/forum/Blah.pl?v-register/p-check/u-' + escape2(this.value) + '/','','','usercheck');"

That's dynamically generated though, so your paths somewhere in Settings.pl (the settings panel) must be wrong. Paste the paths block here if you're unsure.

Not sure if this is what you need or do you need the Settings.pl on my server.

Settings.pl will help him figure out more of what the problem could be but iCONICA may let you know
