I need someone to look at my site.  The forum is running very slow.  Its on its own dedicted server with plently of ram/space.  This all started under 24 hours ago.

Yes it is, however its taking myself (any a lot others) over 40-50 seconds to go anywhere on the site once your logged in.

I contacted the host and they tell me that there are a LOT of scripts running on eblah.pl?

THere's been a thread started by members seriously complaining about the speed and its not the server.  Something is not right.

If you have "Enable the Extensive Log" try disabling it.

Experiencing the same thing on the Pigeonbasics.com website - twice today including now we have members who cannot log in and the Pm function is down.

Have turned the extensive log off etc now, rebuilt boards, tried to rebuild messages (but get booted) we are in much the same position with regards to space etc but are weighing up new server options.

If the problems perist after a server move then the forum software will have to be considered before we lose even more of our disgruntled members

I can help look at it for you. I do threewishes forum administrating and they seem to like it.
