Hi,
Im installing eBlah forum SW for the second time. This time I am installing it in a subdirectory which is cloaked so it reads as http://www.evsshortterm.com/cgi-bin/forum/Setup.pl. I have created a new cgi-bin folder and copied everything over correctly. I have then performed all the CHMOD changes in FTP.
When I try to run Setup.pl I get this error
