Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to post a "Latest Forum Activity" widget for my group's E-Blah board on a Joomla website I am creating.  I have tried using a RSS Feed Display module in Joomla to get the info but I've found that the RSS feed generated by the board lists the "latest" threads in the order they were originally created.  That is, rather than list the 5 most recent posts, it lists the 5 threads with recent activity, but in order determined by when the thread was first posted.  Very puzzling, and I have no idea how to edit the RSS Feed that E-Blah generates for each of the forums.

Is there some simpler way to get this info on my page, such as a portal module or something?  Any help would be appreciated.  I would like to continue using E-Blah for our group but I need something on our main page that ties back to the board and gives it a presence my users will be able to interact with from there.

In case none of that makes sense (good possibility   ) I would basically like to duplicate what is done in the bottom right hand side of this page: http://www.obahoops.com.

That is our old site which uses an older version of E-Blah.  I'll be darned if I can figure out how the old webmaster got it to work like that.  I would love to have it work just like that.

If it helps, our current forum is located at http://www.onlinebasketballworld.com/forum

Thanks for any advice guys.
