Tried that about three of four days ago. Forum shows on the directory but when I try to access it says I should wait for 'activiation' post. Still waiting!!!

Yea, I am a newbie, hello all!

I found this forum because of my frustration with http://www.eblahfree.com/.

I set up a forum and never got the email, after about 2 hours.  I run the email server so I know it never came in based on the logs.  Then I created another using the same address.  In about 10 min. both emails came in and were filtered by the server, deleted as spam.  I tried the forgot password link and got an email that sent me to... Page can not be displayed.  Both emails came in at the same time, well seconds apart, and I did not have time to set up the filter to allow the email to come in so I created a third forum, got the email, logged in, changed my password and configured the site then could never log in again.  I have sent requests to the company and the response I got back was...

Your sites are configured... and the list of urls as links.  

That was a cool feeling since I already knew they were running, I had been using them, well attempting to use, to set up my forum.  I only wanted 1, now I have 3 and none of them are usable.  Then I found the one link on the site to this site.  I need to spend some time here and find out more about this software.  I have 2 data centers and would love a forum for my companies, this software looks like it may be able to do the job and more.

Not quite free, but my host's packages start at £2.95 per month. Thats not a bad price for what you get really. I believe E-Blah comes as a CGI install script too, although its not an up to date version of it by the looks.
