Is there a way to display smiley codes along with their images in the Add more Smilies page so that the users could get the desired smiley without opening that page?  

Something like this :-

Not sure what you are after here, if you're looking at the smiley then you've already opened the page.
Also, why would anyone need to see the code ? the smiley code is automatically inserted with a simple click of the mouse !

It is convenient for some users to open the smiley page and take a note of several codes at once so that they don't need to open that page again & again for inserting the smilies, each time with a different one.

So, I was wondering if that was possible like we have in vBulletin.

Well if you edit Post.pl and find this line:

and change it to :

print qq~<td class="center"><img src="$simages/$url" onclick="openuse('$smilie');" onmouseover="this.style.cursor='hand';" alt="" /><br />$smilie</td>~;

it should give you what you want.
