I just downloaded the zip file for E-Blah, and I tried to extract the files, and get the following error message:

Archive:  /home/grymmor1/public_html/eblah10-3-6.zip
End-of-central-directory signature not found.  Either this file is not
a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive.  In the
latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
the last disk(s) of this archive.
note:  /home/grymmor1/public_html/eblah10-3-6.zip may be a plain executable, not an archive
unzip:  cannot find zipfile directory in one of /home/grymmor1/public_html/eblah10-3-6.zip or
/home/grymmor1/public_html/eblah10-3-6.zip.zip, and cannot find /home/grymmor1/public_html/eblah10-3-6.zip.ZIP, period.

I am using cPanel X, if it helps.

You're supposed to unzip it locally and then upload to your server.

Okay, thanks.  I had set up phpBB before, and had always extracted the zip file from the cPanel window, so I was expecting the same thing here.  It seems like a lot of work to extract locally and then have to move every file, though, as I can't just tell it to upload all of the contents from a folder, there look to be over a hundred files to upload and make sure they end up in the right folders.
