My forum is new, only installed by Justine on August 4th, but already it is attracting new members, it started off slow and gradually members are now starting to post more which is great. It has also attracted the RSPCA (for those outside of the UK it's an animal charity that ensures animals and birds are properly cared for) that is a big bonus as many people lose their birds and the RSPCA post when they find one, hoping to reunite both bird and owner.

Thanks to Justine for altering some of the templates colours, adding my logo and adding categories, he has been very patient with me. I tried to add categories and lost four boards, but Justine fixed them for me. He is a star!

Feedback from members is good, they like the E-Blah layout and describe it as user friendly and uncluttered.

I haven't changed a geat deal of the forum myself, I have tried to customise some of the forum, I found by giving all member groups from baby to maximum different shades of blue for their names when they post, adds a little more colour, but it has also encouraged more posts. Baby members start off with a sky blue and it changes to different shades of deeper blues the more they post!

I did also manage to change the background to a soft blue, and even altered a snippet of coding to stop a problem I had with words breaking up and going on to another line beneath, thanks to reading this support forum. It doesn't sound much effort I know, but for someone like me, it was pure luck I didn't break anything!

I welcome feedback as to any improvements or touches that could be added, but please remember, I am useless with coding, and very much a learner, so any advice offered would be welcome but please post it in the most simple way. Thank you to E-Blah and the support.
