You need to ask your host to install them if they aren't already. You should be able to see installed modules through your host control panel.

If CGI::Session isn't enabled, post a support ticket on the Heartinternet control panel requesting it be installed and they'll sort it within minutes.  They did for me

Found it just a problem here:

Quoted Text
You have a free hosting package selected. You will not be supported for any tickets relating to this hosting package.

Does that mean I cannot get modules installed if I send a support ticket?
If I cannot is there another way?
I will not spend the money to get the upgrade on the hosting  >

A question for impshed:

What hosting package are you using?

I'm on Business Pro.

You can spend just £30 for the Home Starter package.  Then you'll be able to get them to help you.

I will just give up and not install them
I just don't want to spend the money so I just might use my pc as a web server and try to install the modules that or give up!
