I am hosting with heart internet with the free hosting on linux, how do you install modules though? I don't know PERL! Only Javascript, Visual BASIC, Windows command prompt

I will just give up and not install them I just don't want to spend the money so I just might use my pc as a web server and try to install the modules that or give up! I don't know PERL!
