When I add an emoticon to a post I'm writing as I write, it appears fine, but when I view the post, instead of the emoticon appearing as an image, it appears in its bracketed code form. How can I fix this?

Hi Celia

In Admin/Forum Settings/Main Preferences scroll down to Message Display and make sure you
have Display Smilies Number of Smilies per Message, and Enable Extra Smilies checked and save.

Hope this helps!
