I am interested whether apple OS X 10.4.11 is an acceptable operating system for E-Blah. I run this operating system at home.
Many thanks for your help

Your OS does not matter.... Its your web browser that will make the difference...

All browsers work to standards, Safari and Chrome run on webkit and IE and FF have their own. They'll all display the majority of websites exactly the same, especially if the site validates.

So, E-Blah is fine in all browsers and if you meant as a server, then any server running Perl is fine too.
