I would like to be able to track who is coming in on referrals from other members. Is there any way to do this? Such as, in the registration process entering the email address or screen name of the member they were referred by?

in the Main Preferences you can select Allow members to invite friends to the forums? which will add a feature for members to recommend your board to their friends, this can then be tracked in the Referral Logs

Yes this is a start.  However is it possible to include the "Activated Referrals" screenname and not the "Sent To:" name.

This will provide the proper data for tracking purposes.
