Make sure the redirect type is set to "HTML Redirect (If others fail)" setting. That fixed it for me and hephnet, who were both experiencing the same problem.   Download E-Blah 10.3.6 Now

It could be an impatient user, on a slow connection hitting the register button to quick, but doing a flood of 30 seconds or even one minute, may help "Thats the way the mop flops"
