Have a look at www.sketchymtb.co.uk, my new mountain biking forum.
I've tried to keep it nice and simple/quick loading.

I'm loving the ease and adaptability of E-Blah.

p.s. anybody know how I can stick the title picture to left and Center the add.... let me know

Take the image out of the <center> tags. It should sit left then. Allowing the ad to Center.
You might have to add right padding or margin to a div containing your ad code, to take the images width into account, so it's centred between the two sides of the page rather than centred between the image and the right side of the page...
Hope that's clear.. :S

You shouldn't be using <center> btw, put it in a div and use either a class/id or inline styling. "text-align:center;" is much better than <center>
