I want to add the following (below) to the header of eBlah to force the favicon to show. But, I'm unsure of where to add it. Could someone please point me to the right file?

Code
<LINK REL="shortcut icon" HREF="http://www.<domain removed>.org/favicon.ico"
TYPE="image/x-icon">

Code
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="http://www.yourdomain.org/favicon.ico">
