The problem is it going to be used for a office forum, but the directors want an email sending out to the users on every post or new thread that is made in there group.

There must be a coding fudge to get this to be possible?

Right every one now gets email at the start of a new topic!

They also get notification of a new thread but only after they reply, I need the to get a notification even if they havn't already replied.

I did this but most users found it a bit annoying. Users can make it a setting in topics they find interesting, with we do have enabled -

I need every user to get a message on any thread even if the user hasn't reply in that thread!

So new thread - message
Reply on thread - message
Reply on thread that user isn't in - message

First 2 work but 3rd doesn't.
