They get message that password is incorrect. I had password encryption on. I am still using Blah version 8.3 Anyone can help? Thanks.

If you have password encryption ON, and you backup members, when you restore from backup the member passwords are not recognized. You have to run Password encryption again after restoring from backup. This seems to work for me.
