Hey calm down! lol

.htaccess can be tricky...  

It should be as simple as removing the .htaccess file to fix the forum again!

Okay...I am trying to breathe here..

There was an htaccsess file on my server, so I added the code to it...then I changed the blah.pl.....Then, it was seriously broken.....I removed all that I did and it's broken....Trying to stay calm, but Io am a mess!!!

ok, do you have a backup of the old htaccess file?

If not, your forum will probably work without it altogether, try deleting it.. after backing it up of course..

If it was my mod.. I should have explained better how to configure it for your forum...

But for now try simply deleting that .htaccess.

Also you might find it was the same as all the other .htaccess's laying around the forum... There are usually one in each directory, All the same though unless set to do a specific thing, like mod_rewrite urls.. You might be able to copy one from the other directory, But delete that "breaky" one first!

I did have a back up...I will NEVER do that again!!! That calls for some serious geek, of which I are not one. I homeschool, I can use bad grammar if I want..
