I think at the bottom of my forum's home page. Now I can't find it. I can find the portal settings in the administrative area, but nothing that enables or disables it. Why might that little link have gone away? I can't find any way to access the portal at all. Thanks!

Because it usually shows that little link to the portal from there... To get to the portal though. or too add your own link to the portal, just put "?v-portal/" (no quotes) after the Blah.pl So instead of this: http://forum.i-conica.net/cgi-bin/forum/Blah.pl?
