There used to be a little link to a portal . . . I think at the bottom of my forum's home page. Now I can't find it. I can find the portal settings in the administrative area, but nothing that enables or disables it. Why might that little link have gone away? I can't find any way to access the portal at all.

Thanks!

Did you disable "show forum statistics"? Because it usually shows that little link to the portal from there...

To get to the portal though. or too add your own link to the portal, just put "?v-portal/" (no quotes) after the Blah.pl

So instead of this:
http://forum.i-conica.net/cgi-bin/forum/Blah.pl?

This:

Martin has also done a mod that shows a portal button at the top of the page, your can download this and install. Or you can add one to your template, here are a couple of my sites where I have done this

Wow, thanks! Very helpful. I had disabled board stats . . . didn't realized that affected portal.

The button might be great, if we can get the portal to look the way we want. Thanks again!

You can edit the portal layout via the "Portal Setup" link in admin panels "main configuration" on the left side bar.
