For some reason people that have just joined aren't allowed to login. Any ideas why? Thanks.

EDIT: ok the members say that for some reason it won't let them stay logged in. And kicks them off everytime they view a thread.

Also when I changed the member sessions from cookies to session I got this.

Software error:

Can't locate object method "new" via package "CGI::Session" (perhaps you forgot to load "CGI::Session"?) at ./Code/Login.pl line 152.

Meaning my host doesn't support it I know but now I can't go into the admin panel to change it..What do I do?

First of all try this.
Download and unzip the attached.
Upload the CGI folder to your forum folder in ASCII

If that doesn't work then edit your Settings.pl and look for $ensids.
Make sure it is set to 0 (zero)

Ok thanks! I uploaded the CGI and I can now log in to the admin panel. My members are still having trouble though..The crazy thing is that I created a test account and was able to login after I was told of the problem. It seems like they can create accounts but can't login to them. The last thing I did before opening my forum to members was encrypting the passwords would that have any effect?

Encrypting passwords shouldn't cause this. Clear out any old sessions and get your members to clear their cache and cookies.

Ok I purged old sessions. I sent you a pm, asking you a question if you don't mind.
