I see where I can "Edit Scrolling News". It says, If enabled, the news will appear on the Board Index. One news item per line. Where do I enable scrolling news?

Go onto 'Forum Settings'. Then onto 'Main preferances', and where it says 'Enable News on Board Index?' tick the box. Save it, should work.
