I believe I've fixed it, I edited a post without the problem.  Still keep getting the "cgi disabled" error though.

Update

Made another change in your settings, hopefully this has fixed the cgi error.

Martin, you need not worry about the wet one....I can't get into the forum again as I am still getting the cgi disabled message.  I have been dealing with this issue for a long time now and support at Freeservers can't seem to fix the problem.  Do you think totally uninstalling the forum and starting over would once and for all correct this problem?

Take care...

Bill

I don't think reinstalling will help, it is clearly a host problem.

Also, I'm not getting the error at all now, I can navigate your whole site without a problem. Try clearing your cache.

Yah, it's working fine for me also again.  This is the way it acts.  You get the error and can't get in...then sometime you can refresh several times and do get in.  Then there are times when it just is not ment to happen, as no matter how hard you try or what approch you take, you can't get in.  Whow is me....

I've been in and out of your site for over an hour now and just can't get the error to come up now. Before it was almost immediate. I'll keep testing

Martin, the forum is still working great....no problems.
Did you get my pm asking you if you had any suggestion as to how to improve the apperance to the page and any other changes that would make this feature more interesting, and hopefully generate enough interest so the members of our organization will start useing  it for it's purpose.  Also I would like to add a couple images in the header if possable. If you would be willing to help me out, I would gladly pay you for your time. Let me know.

Attached is the images I would like to add to the page if possable.  The actual size of the images would have to be edited however.

Thanks again....

Bill

Glad all is still working. I didn't get the pm but I think a dark theme will look much better.  Give me a while and I will come up with something for you.

Martin you almost knocked my socks off when I loged onto the forum this morning.  The only thing that would come out of my mouth was WOW!!  That looks just great.  There are two changes I would like to see incorporated however. Is it possable to reverse the two insignia's in the center and put the Twin Dolphins on top and the Patrol pin under the dolphins as that is the order in which they are worn by Submarine qulified sailors.  The other change would be to elimunate the Subase Logo on the right and replace it with the Dept. of the Navy logo attached.

Thanks Martin, you don't know how much I appreciate what you have accompolished.  I truely envy you for your talant.
