I would say make your #content width smaller.

If you mess with the forum (adding things/changing the order), unless other people are doing the same thing, it's harder to help.  You may have to turn some overflow off, or you might need to a clear div.

Look in your Template.css and if you have:

Code
word-break: break-all; /* This doesn't work in FF, pt of CSS3 */

Delete it.

My content width is only a min-width to allow a fluid layout but smallest being 800x600.

I'm thinking ditch my divs and separate the content from the ad bar using a table, but I'd rather use divs

I've tried inserting a div with clear:both, but I'd need to insert that into the messages which overlap - which isnt in the template.

Tables are discouraged, but sometimes they are of value and offer a quick fix.

Can you post a link to the thread as I don't see this in IE7 or FF2 and have looked at several threads.

I know on this one that the posted picture is the culprit. However I'd rather the ads be moved across as well rather than going under (or over) the oversized content.

I still don't see it, looks normal to me, maybe because I'm not logged in.

Its that page - dont think logged in will make a difference. But making the browser window does - narrow it to something towards 1000 to 800.

I never go below 1024x768 which is a standard size and every page I look at is fine, you must have your screen size set funny, usually it is 800x600 then 1024x768 then 1152x864

No I meant reducing the width of the browser window. A significant percentage of my visitors still use 800x600 so I've set that as my min-width which all content should fit without overlap, but done so it is fluid above that width. Have a wide enough screen and everything fits perfectly - its just when you get smaller than say 1000 that the content starts overlapping.

I'll reset my browser screen and see what I can come up with.

Just a thought, but why aren't you using the inbuilt add feature?
