I'm not big on Javascript so I'm hoping someone knows what's gone wrong here.

Since upgrading my forum to 10.3.5 (and a move of directory) the Javascript that inserts the ': )' to the text box and [ url ] etc doesnt work. I only get this problem when using IE6.

I am having the same issue. but they seem to work here.

I just noticed that the main link here does not point to the cgi-bin, that is where i installed the forum folder. was this incorrect?

The forum folder should be in cgi-bin and blahdocs should be in htdocs or public_html

The problem you are encountering is normally a path problem to blahdocs in your settings.

I also see you are using a theme that has not been updated for 10.3.5, you have images missing.
Copy the images and buttons from blahdocs images and buttons to your theme images and buttons but DO NOT over write existing.

Aye, i installed the blahdocs to the root of the public folders.

The smiles show up to the right, but nothing happens when you click on them.

I havent got a fix yet. Was hoping someone would be able to point me in the right direction

It's only IE6 for me, IE7 is fine. The error given on IE6 isn't helpful either 'unknown'!

Work OK for me, you must have a problem with your IE setup, try reloading defaults and make sure you have javascript enabled.

Did as you suggested and no luck on either my own site or Eblah
Also tried it on 4 machines with IE6 same problem.
Works perfect in IE7 and FF so not too big an issue.
Thanks
