Hey there,

I have a friend trying to sign up with her regular username of Chameleon and she emailed me saying she was having probs, so I tried pre-registering her but I keep getting an error that says

I definitely know that her username and her email address are not already in use, so what's going on? I even tried using one of my own email addys to sign her up but it still came up with the screen name error.
