Hey guys first off let me say I think u have a great product here. I am new to the eblah software but am liking it more and more.

I managed to install it on my site and got the forums setup just plain install i havent added any extra mods boards. But i did install 2 themes the delta_force theme and the Brown Battlefield theme. After setting one of these to default my smilies do not work and my thread images do not show along with the rank images.

Here is my forums addy http://www.swmmercenaries.com/cgi-bin/forum/Blah.pl? if u could just peek at me site u will see what i mean I am thinking a path is off somewhere or something smple like that.

These themes have not been updated for the latest version of E-Blah yet.

Copy the images folder from blahdocs to the images folder of your theme(s) but DO NOT over write existing files.

Thanks for the help. I done what you suggested and it got the images working. However my smilies still do not work. They are there i can see them when posting but when i click on one it does nothing and its like this for all themse including the default X2

I added a smily pack and i can view the add more smilies section and those work but the default one on the posting page off to the right will not work at all.

WOW i just realized the smiles here do exact same thing mine are doing I cant add a smiley unless I go to add smilies page

Are you using IE or FF?
When you click on a smilie do you get a javascript error bottom left of your screen?

I am using IE and no i get no errors when i click the smiley it does nothing at all.....i cant get ur smilies to work here either.

I have tried this on a board running SQL beta 3.5 and the smilies work there.

Hmm, try to do a CTRL/SHIFT+F5 refresh and see if that fixes it.  The smilies work fine for me.  What version of IE do you use?

Nope that didnt work. I run IE 6 this is odd it works on my buddies board but not urs or mine.

Well I updated to IE 7 and now it works... I just didnt want to go to IE 7 i never was a big fan of it.

I just use Firefox.    It takes a little while to get used to, but once you start using it for a few months -- you'll never want to go back.
