So I go to Admin Panel -> Forum Settings -> ..? then what?

Ok I went

Admin Center -> Forum Settings -> Directories and Web Addresses -> Global URLs -> Forum Address: -> and changed it to http://www.joyouslearning.info/cgi-bin/forum/Blah.pl?/ instead of it being just http://www.joyouslearning.info/

But it still gives the wrong address in the notification links and they get a 404 error.
