ok every one...... Need advice..... , i wanna build a forum for a site ..... and i came upon eblah.. and I'm totally, i mean totally new to this thing.... should i install this to a server first??

please gimme some links to read if that helps... thank you

To answer your question. Yes, you have to install E-Blah on a server first.
If you don't have a domain name yet, get searching there are very few good ones left. Once you've gotten a domain name you can start looking at hosting and then install E-Blah on your server. Job done, forum established.
