Configuration Issues ...
Setup has determined that you must manually edit the paths to Settings.pl or other core files. If you need help, contact E-Blah technical support.

The following may help you figure out what your paths are:
Document Root: /home/jessief/domains/dancingrain.frih.net/public_html
Script name: Setup.pl
File(s) Not Loaded: cgi-bin/Code/QuickCore.pl
Reason for failure: No such file or directory



I know it's there because I've been looking right at it in my admin panel wondering why it can't find it.

Change $root in Settings.pl to something like:

/home/jessief/domains/dancingrain.frih.net/cgi-bin/forum

This all depends on where your forum is located.
