Hi, I'm setting up the new version on my new domain, well the .net domain is just for testing the new version, I'm moving host on my main domain, then i'll be upgrading from 10.3 to 10.3.5

My host supports pretty much everything perl/cgi php 5+ everything. but when i upload the files using smart FTP i get a 500 error?

Any ideas?

Ahh, That fixed it. I Did CHMOD to 755 but with the silly web interface with my host, it mustn't have worked. I used the CHMOD in SmartFTP that did the trick.

Anyway. Why are the CHMODs not set to what they need to be by default?

A Handy guide to go in Blahdocs.com all about CHMODs for eblah would be great! *EDIT: I found the CHMOD guide, lol http://www.blahdocs.com/E-Blah_SQL_Installation#Step_1_-_Setup_your_MySQL_or_SQLite_database

New replies on this thread?  Or the board?  The board just notifies you of new threads.  The threads notify you of replies.

Also, make sure to check your spam box.  The feature works, I've tested it more than any other feature.
