That's not a bug.  'tylermenezes' account on your SQL server is not valid.  You may have to change the password or something?

alright. but I can't even access my forums. do I have to open the DB file? please hurry, I have a school assignment on there that I have to get soon. if ftp accesss can still get the forum posts tell me how. I will try and search my files for the word "yes"

well actually, in the eblah folder I found 2 MySQL lite things inside( one .pm file and one .txt file) ,  and one MYsql .pm file.

It's something with your SQL password or username.  And yeah, it's MySQL.  You can edit your username and password to connect to the SQL server by editing Settings.pl.
