I've created a new member group and I can add individuals in the Member Center, but I am unable to add members to the group in bulk using the Manage Group feature.  I have no members who have requested membership; I am simply typing the member names in the box and clicking Add.  I receive the following error:

Sorry, but an error occurred. If you are unsure about how to solve this error you can contact the system administrator.
     You either did not select any usernames, or the names you entered were invalid.

Any ideas?  This is eBlah 10.3.3

I would upgrade to 10.3.5 as it may have fixed this issue. Make sure that you are typing the member name correctly.

I've had the same problem since about 10.2. If you refresh the group view of the page after getting the error the member you tried to add into it shows up - but only works when adding one member at a time if I remember rightly.

I got the same error until I turned on Private Messaging.  I would rather keep it off but bulk adding users is more important to me.
